# The Infinite Play Open License
## IPOL — Spirit Layer over CC0 1.0 Universal

The **Infinite Play Open License** is the spirit of the release:

Use it.
Mutate it.
Sell it.
Forget the source.
Keep the game in play.

---

## 1. The Core Directive

Play forever.

Use this work to extend human capability.
Modify it to surprise yourself.
Share it to surprise others.

This is not a claim of ownership.
It is an invitation to continue.

---

## 2. The Rule of No Final Winners

No one wins.
The point is to keep playing.

You cannot own this game.
You cannot take the ball home.
You cannot make yourself the final author of a living field.

Commercial use is fully allowed.
Profit is allowed.
Mischief is allowed.
Mutation is encouraged.

But the highest play is to keep play possible for others.

---

## 3. The Un-Attribution Clause

Forget my name.

Do not preserve the creator's ego at the expense of the game.
Attribution is not required.
Credit may be omitted.
The source may be forgotten.
The work may travel beyond recognition.

Do not treat origin as a throne.
Do not weaponize lineage.
Do not preserve authorship when authorship becomes friction.

The work belongs to the future.

---

## 4. The Mutation Imperative

Break the code.
Fork the work.
Merge incompatible ideas.
Translate it into forms the creator would not recognize.

If it works, change it anyway.
If it fails, change it again.
If it becomes sacred, make it playable.

Stability without movement is death.
Movement without memory is noise.
Keep the invariant alive by changing the form.

The artifact is yours to use.
The attractor belongs to everyone and no one.

---

## 5. Anti-Enclosure Covenant

You may use this work for profit, parody, theft, mutation, remix, research, teaching, tooling, performance, automation, or play.

You may build with it.
You may build on it.
You may build against it.
You may build something better and never mention this again.

But do not confuse temporary advantage with final ownership.

Enclosure is boring.
Domination is lazy.
Extraction that destroys the field is bad play.

You may profit from the work.
You may not pretend the game ends with you.

---

## 6. Provenance, Consent, and Trust

Attribution is unnecessary.
Provenance is optional unless consent, safety, or trust requires it.

Do not preserve my name for my sake.
Do not falsify trust conditions for yours.

Where origin matters for safety, accountability, consent, research integrity, or repair, preserve enough context for the loop to remain legible.

A hash preserves content integrity.
A loop preserves consent integrity.

---

## 7. Liability & Cosmic Risk

Play at your own risk.

The creator offers zero warranties.
No promise is made that this work is safe, correct, useful, stable, complete, appropriate, profitable, sane, or compatible with your system, community, organization, worldview, nervous system, or reality tunnel.

If this breaks your system, laugh if you can.
Then fix it and keep playing.

---

## 8. Final Invocation

This work is released so that the game may continue without me.

Use it freely.
Change it freely.
Forget me freely.

Do not ask whether you have permission.

You do.

Keep playing.
